Celebrate 40 years of caring for land together by hiking 40 miles of trails between April 1 and October 31, 2026! You’ll receive a limited-edition sticker giving you bragging rights for all the miles you logged. Sound daunting? You can complete this challenge while logging a little over a mile each week!

Individuals who also visit all eleven CLC properties will also receive an invitation to CLC’s annual Volunteer Celebration gathering in November.

The fine print
- Miles hiked are on the honor system – no verification is necessary!
- Earn DOUBLE miles for each mile hiked during a CLC program – visit CLC’s events calendar to sign up.
- You can repeat the same hike multiple times!
- Download this form to keep track of your hikes.
- Completed forms can be mailed to 49 Main Street, Chatham, NY 12037, emailed to [email protected], or submitted via this link.
- Forms must be received by October 31, 2026.
