CANCELED: Working Wednesday at Overmountain

Due to the heat advisory, this event has been canceled.

Let’s come together and care for the land! This month’s Working Wednesday will take place at Overmountain.

Together, we’ll tackle some invasive plants on the side – the thornier and pricklier the better!

All are welcome to lend a hand at this fun, friendly volunteer event.

What’s involved: This volunteer event will focus on removing invasive weeds.

What to bring: Please bring a water bottle, work gloves, and sunscreen, and wear weather-appropriate clothing and footwear. You may want heavier clothing and thicker gloves. Site may be wet and muddy after rain!
