Tree identification hike

What to expect: Learn about how to identify trees in late fall with Tom O’Dowd.
Who should come: Anyone interested in trees, though this event is best suited for adults.
What’s involved: We will be walking just over a mile in total along the Access for All, Meadow Connector, and Hickory Lane trails, stopping often to talk about the trees. The Access for All Trail is flat and covered in gravel. The Meadow Connector and Hickory Lane trails are mown grass and packed earth, with some exposed roots.
What to bring: Water, weather-appropriate clothing and footwear, camera/notebook/smartphone for however you like taking notes.
What not to bring: Please, no dogs.
