Thompson-Finch Farm Webinar

The Columbia Land Conservancy and the farmers at Thompson-Finch Farm in Ancram, NY, are seeking the next generation of farmer land stewards. This workshop will describe how this agricultural ground lease works, the search process, and how this affordable, 99-year lease will transfer to the next farmers in 2024. Don and Marnie MacLean (Thompson-Finch Farm) will be available to describe their experience with the land and the ground lease. This presentation will be followed with a question and answer period to help interested farmers begin the application process.
