Taghkanic Community Forest Land Steward Orientation

Learn about the various tasks Land Stewards are responsible for at Taghkanic Community Forest!
All are welcome at this fun, friendly event!
What’s involved: We will go over monitoring and care for plantings in Tim’s Woods, the trail system and care, visit Lake Lahr and review kayak system, and review the volunteer hour reporting form.
Accessibility Considerations: We may walk up to 2 miles along various trails as we make our way to Lake Lahr and explore the trail system.
What to bring: Please bring a water bottle, weather appropriate clothing, and proper footwear.
