Family hike with Valatie Free Library

Join CLC and the Valatie Free Library for a fun family hike at Borden’s!
During this guided program, nature enthusiasts of all ages will explore the Nature Quest trail and look for insects along the way.
What’s involved: This event involves walking about one mile on the Streamside Trail over a narrow, forested, packed-earth trail with exposed roots. There will be frequent stops to look for and identify insects. Magnifying glasses and bug containers will be provided!
What to bring: Please bring a water bottle and wear weather-appropriate clothing and footwear.
What not to bring: Please, no dogs.
